Homepage:
On a music artist’s website, the homepage usually features: the artist’s logo, a navigation bar, photograph(s) of the artist, and a recent music video.
The artist’s logo featured on the homepage is usually consistent with the design of their most recent album. This creates a sense of branding, as well as promoting the new album.
In terms of navigation, most artists’ websites have navigation bars placed horizontally across the top of the website. This allows for easy navigation of the website. Some websites also utilise a drop down navigation list in place of the bar. It is also common to see a scroll feature which allows smooth scrolling, one page navigation.

The usual pages are News, Music, Events, Videos, Bio, Gallery, and Store.
On each music website, there is often a page dedicated to music videos. This encourages the viewer to engage with the artist’s product. Sometimes the music videos are featured on the homepage, whereas other times there is a whole page dedicated to them.
